In Commander in Chief Katy Evans didn't disappoint and has presented us with a great and honest story of Matt and Charlotte.After the end of the last book, I was biting my nails to know what would happen to this couple.And the author surprised me by taking this story by a path that I wasn't expecting. But I loved every second.I expect lots and lots of drama, couple separate until last
pages, so I can only thank the author by the way she took that story.It was refreshing and I loved to see the direction things took here.
This book begins two months after the end of the first. On the day he effectively Matt makes his oath and begins his hard work as President of the United States.
Will Matt will continue insisting that he can't have both? Be President and have the woman he loves by his side? Do these two have a chance to find their happily ever after? Well you will have to read to find out, because I will not go into details. But if you fell in love with this couple in the first book as well as I, you won't be disappointed.
I really enjoyed the first book, it was exciting to watch the forbidden romance between Charlotte and Matt, but this book had me in the early pages.I loved, loved this book.I loved seeing how Charlotte and Matt have matured over here,And Matt really won me over in that book. He was passionate, and determined to go after what he wanted. No longer deprive themselves of love.
This book was a real journey of Matt and Charlotte come to terms with his feelings and adjust to your new life never leaving the love for each other aside.And this book still counts as a backdrop the mystery about the murder of the father of Matt.
Commander in Chief It was the love story of Charlotte and Matt, a story I loved reading from beginning to end. Impossible not to fall in love with these two and their journey.
